Mini Headshot Sessions – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance. Full payment of £77 is required to secure your time slot.
Due to the limited number of spaces (54 total), bookings are non-refundable.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to someone else with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Late arrivals may reduce your session time.

2. What’s Included
Your booking includes:

– A mini headshot session at The Big Festoon (11th or 12th March)
– One professionally edited, high-resolution digital image
– Entry into the prize draw to win a Mini Photoshoot in Milton Keynes

Additional images may be available to purchase separately.

3. Image Selection & Delivery
1 Week after the event, you’ll either receive a small proof gallery to choose your image from, or the strongest image from your session will be selected for you.

Final edited images will be delivered digitally within 10 working days.

4. Editing & Retouching
Images will be edited in Joanna Wood’s signature style.

This includes light, natural retouching (such as minor skin refinement and colour correction).
It does not include body reshaping, extensive skin alteration, or heavy manipulation.

The aim is to keep you looking like you just polished.

5. No RAW Files
Unedited (RAW) files are not included and will not be supplied.

Only final edited images selected as part of your package (or purchased additionally) will be delivered.

6. Usage Rights
You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use your selected image for:

– Personal branding
– Social media
– Websites
– Marketing materials
– Press and promotional use

Images may not be resold, given to third parties for resale, submitted to stock libraries, or heavily altered with filters or additional editing.

7. Copyright & Promotion
Copyright remains with Joanna Wood.

Joanna Wood may use images for portfolio, website, social media and promotional purposes unless written notice is provided before the event.

8. Prize Draw
All booked participants will be entered into a random draw to win a 1/2 hour Mini Photoshoot in Milton Keynes.
The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.

9. Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances preventing image delivery, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.
